We are delivering local orders to RG postcodes on the 24th December.


Our next normal dispatch day
is the 27th December, for orders without chilled and Frozen products - for delivery on the 30th December.

Our next dispatch day for orders with frozen and chilled products is the 30th December for delivery in the 31st.

Full normal delivery is available from the 2nd Jan.

We have simplified our shipping options, along with a high quality courier in DPD and a single low cost to all of the UK  (For remote locations we may use Royal Mail)

Our charge is just £4.99 for all orders up to 5kg and £5,99 up to 20kg to all UK Mainland post codes. 

 

 

 

General Deliveries to UK 

Orders cut off for same day dispatch is 2PM.

Once a Parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery Address.  Hence PLEASE double check your address is correct on your order confirmation email.  We can not refund orders due to incorrect address details and the Royal Mall address database is the reference.
You MUST be available to receive your parcel on Delivery day. Food parcels can not be redirected and if not delivered within a time frame, have to be disposed. We are unable to refund orders due to customers not being available to accept delivery, or where an order is left in a safe place.
Saying this,  you will receive a one hour time slot and can track the delivery drivers exact position within the DPD App.
Official delivery time will be 48 hours (2 Working days) from dispatch day, although the aim is to deliver the Next Working Day from dispatch, which is achieved in most cases. 
If you do not receive your parcel within 2 days please contact us.  We can not refund missing parcels after 3 days, post delivery.
Ocasionaly there may be instances where we can not meet stated timescales due to issues beyond our control and Force Majeure. In these instances, we will do all we can to rectify things asap.
Please note all delivery timescales are anticipated and reflect the service purchased from the Courier, although they are not Guaranteed, except Royal Mail Special Delivery.
 
Once dispatched,  The customer can control the delivery on the DPD courier website or App.  It is possible to set a safe place and also see a timeslot for the delivery.
 
Where a customer changes the delivery option with the courier, we can not guarantee the condition of chilled and frozen products and hence are not able to refund.  
 
Orders returned to us by the courier due to non delivery, will incur a new full cost redelivery charge or a 10% charge for order cancellation and restocking.  Frozen items are non refundable in this instance

Chilled and Frozen Food Deliveries

Please note that orders containing Chilled and Frozen food is only dispatched Monday - Thursday.  This is to ensure these products reach the customer in perfect conditiuon. (The deadline for remote locations such as islands and northern areas of Scotland, the cut off is Wednesday 2PM. 

For chilled and frozen food delivery we Highly Recommend our Supercold packaging upgrade.  This upgrades packaging to a cardboard and polystyrene lined box and additional ice. (£2.99 holds multiple products)

Our standard packaging for chilled and frozen deliveries is a food grade pouch.  This consists of foil, bubble wrap. Additionally products are supplemented with ICE.  They are also wrapped in more bubble wrap insulation and paper, to absorb condensation moisture which is normal. With the standard option, some thaw should be expected.  We can not refund or replace any products which are sent with this 'standard packaging' option, due to thaw.

We can not Guarantee the condition of frozen product to remote area's of Scotland, above the Glasgow / Edinburgh area or Northern Ireland.

We can send frozen food to overseas locations although no guarantee is offered, due to potential transit and customs delays.  A cold box must be purchased in this scenario.

We reserve the right to substitute products with an alternative brand in the unlikely event we are out of stock of the purchased product.  Any change in value will be refunded.

Bank Holidays and weekends

Please note that we are unable to dispatch or deliver on Bank Holidays.

We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends. 

Other Deliver Scenarios

Orders over 25 Kg require a bespoke quote from us and the above rates do not apply.

Deliveries to remote uk areas and offshore locations are not Guaranteed next Day. They are subject to the service level from the carrier, which may be Royal Mail.  (Unless Royal Mail Special Delivery is purchased.)
